Micdrop: Music & Theatre Showcase

As co-founders and directors, Rachel Abbatiello and Joshua Little lead this fast-paced, high-energy workshop for middle and high school students passionate about the performing arts. Together, they guide participants through three immersive days of vocal training, dance, and acting—all culminating in a fully staged, themed performance. With their combined experience and a shared commitment to excellence, they create a collaborative, supportive environment where young performers are challenged, inspired, and empowered to grow.
